Regular Shipping Box (0201)

The Regular Slotted Box is the most common and versatile style for general shipping and storage needs. Featuring flaps on both the top and bottom that meet in the centre when closed, this box is designed to provide secure and reliable protection for a wide range of items. While these boxes are glued at the manufacturing joint, they require tape for secure closure both on the top and bottom.

The box is easy to assemble, requiring minimal effort. Ideal for a wide range of products, from small items to larger goods. The dimensions can be customised to fit different types of items. As a common box style, it is widely available and easily sourced, ensuring consistency and reliability in packaging solutions. Finally, this style provides good protection against impacts and stacking pressure, reducing the risk of damage to the contents during transportation.

Full Flap Slotted Box (0203)

Similar to the Regular Slotted Box, the Full Flap Box boasts extended flaps that overlap rather than meeting in the middle. This design is ideal for products necessitating extra strength and protection during shipping. While these boxes are glued at the manufacturing joint, they require tape for secure closure both on the top and bottom.

The full flaps provide extra cushioning and reinforcement, particularly at the edges and corners, making it ideal for shipping heavy or fragile products, especially those that require extra protection, such as electronics, glassware, or machinery parts. The design enhances the box’s stacking strength, allowing it to support more weight when stacked, which is essential for storage and shipping.
