Returns Policy

Please refer to our Standard Terms and Conditions for full details of our product claims procedure. The information below is a summary of the process only.

Return Address:

Return Cost:
If a return is applicable, Boxes 24 Pty Ltd will provide shipping labels for the return at no cost to you.

Return Time-Frames:
If a return is applicable, goods must be returned to Boxes 24 within 30 days

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe the goods delivered to you do not meet the specifications, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Notify Us

  1. Review Clause 10 - Customer Claims in our Standard Terms and Conditions.
  2. Notify us of the claim in writing as soon as possible after delivery and no later than 12 months from the date of delivery.
  3. Provide detailed information about the issue, including:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defective goods

Step 2: Submit Your Claim

  1. Complete the Non-Conformance Claim Form below.
  2. Email any supporting photos or videos to salesorders@boxes24.com.au.
  3. Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or schedule an inspection of the goods.

Step 3: Claim Review & Resolution

  1. We will assess your claim and determine the best resolution.
  2. If we confirm the goods do not meet the specifications, we will (at our discretion):
  • Repair the goods
  • Replace the goods
  • Offer a credit for the goods
  • Pay for the cost of repair

3. We will communicate the outcome of your claim as soon as possible.

Nothing in our Standard Terms and Conditions is to be interpreted as having the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition or warranty, or right or liability implied by any applicable legislation (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), if such exclusion, restriction or modification would be void or prohibited by the legislation.
