Can I click and collect my order?
Currently, Boxes24 does not offer a click and collect option. All orders are shipped directly to your specified delivery address.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on your location, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes, here are some general estimates:
- Metro NSW: 3-4 business days
- Metro VIC: 3-4 business days
- Metro SA: 2-4 business days
- Metro QLD: 2-4 business days

How do I measure a box?
To measure a box accurately, always use internal dimensions to ensure a proper fit for your contents. Provide measurements in millimetres. Start with the length, which is the longest side of the box's opening. Then, measure the width, which is the shorter side. Lastly, measure the height, which is the distance from the top to the bottom. This method ensures your items will fit perfectly inside the box.
