SHIPPING POLICY

At Boxes 24, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below, which reference our Standard Terms and Conditions Of Sale.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. 

Delivery Costs

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. 

Boxes 24 reserves the right to advise customers if additional charges may apply to any order based on specific delivery requirements or conditions. Payment for these charges will be required before proceeding with shipment, even if the checkout indicated free shipping or no delivery costs.

  • Western Australia (Metro Postcodes): Free delivery for orders over $300 ex GST.
  • Western Australia (Non-Metro Postcodes): Additional freight charges apply.
  • All Other States and Postcodes: Freight charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timelines

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods: 

  • Standard delivery by logistics provider. Delivery takes 5 - 7 business days pending location. 

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. 

Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive, particularly during peak periods or in remote areas.

Delivery Terms

Obligation to Deliver:

  • Boxes 24 will use reasonable efforts to deliver products to the address specified in your order by the requested date (if any).
  • Delivery dates are subject to manufacturing schedules, and customers should not request delivery dates beyond 30 days after the expected product manufacturing completion date.
  • Boxes 24 does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not liable for any losses due to early or late delivery.
  • Deliveries may be split into multiple installments.

Delivery Completion:

  • Delivery is deemed complete when products are delivered, unloaded, and transferred into the possession of the customer or their nominated representative at the specified address.
  • Customers are responsible for unloading products at their own risk and cost.

Specific Transport Requests:

  • Customers requesting alternative transport methods will incur additional costs.
  • If the requested transport method is unavailable within seven days of product readiness, Boxes 24 may arrange suitable alternative transport.

Failure to Accept Delivery:

  • If a customer is unable or unwilling to accept delivery, the products will be considered delivered, and storage or re-delivery fees may apply.
  • After seven days, Boxes 24 reserves the right to treat the contract as repudiated, dispose of the products, and claim costs or outstanding amounts from the customer.
