How do I prepare artwork?

General guidelines for artwork preparation are as follows: 

Dieline Requirements

  • Ensure the dieline is print side facing as per the template provided. 
  • Maintain the dieline in a 1:1 ratio as per the template provided. 

Bleed and Print Safe Area

  • Include a 10mm bleed around all cut edges. 
  • Keep all important artwork within the print-safe area, which is 10mm inside the scores/creases and cut edges. 

File Format and Quality

  • Artwork should be designed in vector format. 
  • Recommended file formats for submission are Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or editable PDF. 
  • Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI. 
  • Colour mode: CMYK. Pantone colours will be converted. 
  • If raster images are used, ensure all images are embedded. 
  • Outline all fonts to avoid any font-related issues.

Where do I submit artwork?

You can upload your custom artwork to the product using the upload button before adding to the cart. If you need time to prepare artwork, you can place your order and later return your artwork files via email to salesorders@boxes24.com.au or send us a download link from your preferred file transfer partner.

Can you prepare artwork for me?

If you are unable to prepare high-resolution artwork, we can assist you. Simply order custom artwork preparation and submit your brief to us at salesorders@boxes24.com.au. We'll take care of the rest!
